We are an Airbnb supporting artists and athletes, located in Kabukicho 2-chome, 2 minutes walk from Higashi-Shinjuku station, with 58m2 and can accommodate 10 people. 30,000 yen per night for the general public, 20,000 yen per night for artists, athletes and second-time guests.
Now, with a special campaign, a weekday stay of 10,000 yen per night is available for a minimum of two consecutive weekdays.
The offer is valid until the end of March 2025.

To book our Airbnb, please first inquire by email if your desired dates of stay are available.
If it is available, you will receive an email response from us and a credit card payment email from Square, and your reservation will be confirmed when the payment is processed within 48 hours.
If you have checked in by the day of your stay, you can use our Airbnb room.
Cancellation fees are 100% on the day of the reservation, 100% the day before, 50% 3 days before, 20% 1 week before, and 5% after the reservation.
